One Simple Vote.

Switching to Boco

You're not locked in for life. Move to Boco at your next AGM — we handle the heavy lifting.

Managers count on making switching feel harder than it is. In reality, it takes one vote with a simple majority of owners. We manage everything else.

How to switch, step by step

Explore Boco any time

You don't have to wait for a meeting to see what you're voting for. Create a free account whenever you like and explore the whole platform with a live demo — no switch, no commitment.

01

Check your current agreement

Find your management agreement and note when the term ends and how much notice it asks for. Most run for a fixed term and can be wound up at its end — sometimes sooner, depending on the wording. Not sure what yours says? Send it to us and we'll read it for you.

02

Put the motion to a vote

Any lot owner can add a motion to engage Boco — you don't have to be on the committee. Bring it to your next AGM, or call an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) if you'd rather not wait. It passes on a simple majority of the owners who vote, and we give you the wording (below).

03

We handle the changeover

Once the motion passes, we collect your records, funds, registers and history from your outgoing manager and set it all up in Boco. You'll have a live dashboard from day one — no gap, no scramble, no boxes of paper.

The motion to move
