One simple price.

Two reasons. We're digital-first, so the costs that fill a traditional invoice — letters, photocopying, storage, technology fees — mostly don't exist for us. And we don't earn anything on the side: no insurance commissions, no contractor kickbacks. The $150 per lot is the whole arrangement.

When an owner pays a levy by card or bank transfer, our payment partner Airwallex charges a fee. We pass that straight through at cost with no markup — so the only people who profit from a payment are the processor, not us.

Everything involved in running your scheme — levies, banking, meetings, motions and voting, maintenance, communications, documents, compliance under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act, and the live dashboard every owner and committee member can log into.

The fee is a flat $150 per lot, per year, so it scales with the size of your scheme. If you manage a particularly large or unusual scheme, get in touch and we'll talk it through.
